Refunds Returns and Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges or returns of any kind. We will provide accurate sizing charts to the best of our ability and detailed descriptions for each item. All sales are final. If an error is made during shipment on our end, we will fix it.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not legally responsible for any lost or stolen packages once your order has been dropped off at the post office
Incorrect Names And Addresses
We are NOT responsible for incorrect shipping names or addresses.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all shipping information and order information is correct at the time of order.
During order fulfillment, we are NOT allowed to change the address once the order has been placed. Only the customer has the ability to change or alter any address.
